About the Role
In this role, you'll be the administrative hub of our engineering team, handling essential documentation, assisting with reporting, and supporting the team in various operational tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing documentation control , including timesheets, leave forms, contractor documents, and risk assessments.
Data collation and entry into databases and spreadsheets.
Preparing and assisting with monthly reports , global inventory requirements , and work schedules for contractors and trades.
Supporting inventory control , stock takes, and general office duties.
Maintaining engineering files and ensuring the office is well-organised and stocked.
Covering as a Planner or Storeperson during leave periods to add variety to your role.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and communication skills .
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive team player with prior experience in administration or document control .
Experienced or interested in engineering procurement or stores.
