Ontime Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to provide private in-home care for NDIS and aged care recipients in their own homes.

We have a high demand for enthusiastic and compassionate support workers and personal care workers to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs, including but not limited to, disabilities, mental health conditions, and elderly care.
Key Responsibilities: Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required.Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, including family members, social workers, and healthcare professionals.Attend regular team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Other Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsNDIS Screening Check - not essential but highly desirableEmpathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others.Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy.Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.If you are passionate about supporting individuals and making a difference in their lives, we would love to hear from you.
