Job Description Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage the accounts inbox including inbound correspondence (invoices, statements) from suppliers,Co-ordinate payment and Purchase Order approvals in accordance with the relevant policiesEnter invoices into accounting systemAssist with bank reconciliations and preparation of paymentsContribute to finance team projects and other ADHOC duties as requiredThe Successful Applicant We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer who has experience with relevant AP processes as well as the ability to adapt to new work-spaces and environments in shorter-term contracts.
Key competencies include:
At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable functionsStrong communication skills, with great attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a team environmentAbility to commence work ASAP, due to the urgent nature of the temporary roleWhat's on Offer Our Client is offering:
