We are seeking a highly experienced
Principal/ Associate Director Structural Engineer
specialising in
Ports & Marine
to join our team in Perth, Australia.
This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans for the structural engineering teamProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineersEnsure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for clientsManage client relationships and contribute to business development initiativesDrive innovation in structural design methodologies for marine environmentsOversee quality control processes and implement best practicesContribute to the company's thought leadership through publications and presentationsQualifications
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with extensive experience in ports and marine projectsRecognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar)Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniorityTrack record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projectsAdvanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Information
