This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to join our human resources team.
This generalist role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to undertake a variety of HRM related tasks to support the operational needs of the business and the implementation of new diversity and inclusion initiatives.
About you
As the HR lead, you will champion the implementation of a range of diversity initiatives and be a positive role model for cultural change.
You will use your knowledge, experience and influencing skills to provide high level human resources management support to managers and staff at all levels across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be people, outcome and team focused with a positive and flexible approach to managing their work.
A working knowledge and understanding of HR principles and legislation as they apply in the state public sector and practical experience managing a range of employee relations, policy and/or implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives will be well regarded.
