With 70 years of family ownership and a reputation for excellence and innovation, the Group's interests include SA's largest residential building and development business, mortgage broking, spirit production and sales, and life sciences.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD.
You will be an "A" player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include: Collaborating with the executive team and providing administration support to assist in achieving project requirementsManaging projects as delegated by the executive team to achieve defined outcomesMaintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports and project updates.Planning, coordinating and executing workflow activities in line with business strategiesConducting research and collating relevant information to provide comprehensive data and insightsAttending and supporting the management of internal and external meetingsBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholdersDrafting high-level correspondenceAlong with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, a successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes: Positive energy and a "can do" attitudeA desire to learn and embrace the "lean" culture of the organisationAbility to be both a team player and a leaderCurious and tenacious, with a desire to get to the bottom of issuesMaturity, professionalism, and confidenceA proven ability to think critically, problem-solve and recommend common sense, practical solutionsAttention to detail, superior organisation skills and a focus on resultsThe ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composureCapability to get things done quickly without forsaking accuracyDemonstrated ability to be proactive and use initiativeThe ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentialityA positive outlook and high EQA professional approach to interactions with colleagues, clients and associatesA degree qualification, with at least three years' work experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsIf this is you, and you want to reach your potential while working with the best, this role offers an exciting career opportunity where your hard work and dedication will be genuinely acknowledged and rewarded.
