Talent and Operations Manager at Majer Recruitment Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their team at their head office in Newstead.

What you will be doing...
Lead and motivate a dynamic team of eight Property/Building managers, fostering a positive team culture Oversee all aspects of end to end Property Management, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Monitor team performance, celebrate successes, and implement strategies for improvement where needed.
Induct and train new staff Encourage innovation and problem-solving, empowering the team to contribute ideas and solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage end of month and all trust account activity Conduct regular spot checks on Property/Building Management activities Run weekly team meetings and training with minutes distributed to team members and management Handle escalated issues related to property maintenance, resident concerns, or building operations.
