Construction Projects Coordinator/ManagerLocagroup specialises in constructing bespoke custom built luxury homes and commercial developments.

The OpportunityLocagroup has grown considerably over the past 7 years increasing its turnover year on year and building a core group of repeat reliable clients.

About the RoleProvide project management expertise to multiple jobsPreparation and monitoring of job programs, lead times and schedule of activities.Manage project resources and management requirementsCreate, implement, and manage the construction program.Oversee the management of material orders, lead times, delivery strategies and resource scheduling.Tendering, scoping, appointing and administering subcontracts and supplier agreements.Reporting to directors to ensure projects are built and delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standard.Manage and inspire direct reports, including site supervisors, and site staff.Ensure project milestones are clearly established, monitored, and frequently communicated with all key stakeholders.Review design documentation to ensure constructibility.Maintain strong communication lines with relevant internal and external stakeholders through regular and consistent job site visits.Reporting to the Locagroup directors, you will take on this role and serve as the interface between the directors, site management and head office teams.Using your communication skillset to effectively manage meetings.Holding people accountable.About YouPassionate: You have a strong passion for project management and have several years' experience as a project engineer and/or coordinator from residential construction and are ready to take your next step in your career.Communicator: You are someone who is comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels with a natural ability to leverage your influencing skills and abilities to build trusted relationships.Go-getter: You are a natural leader and motivator who is results focused, with an ability to drive your team and subcontractors to achieve program milestones.You: You have a tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or trade background.Why work for Locagroup?We take great pride in creating an inclusive and open working environment, where we value our employees and create opportunities for growth.
