About the role We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Performance to lead the performance management stream within our Operational Excellence team. In this senior leadership position, you will develop and implement a robust performance management framework, centralize reporting, and oversee the analysis and investigation of service delivery against SLAs. This role is pivotal in driving productivity and delivering high-quality performance reporting that supports continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Provide oversight of both internal and external SLAs, identifying trends and actionable insights to improve service delivery.Lead initiatives to uplift service outcomes and optimize ways of working across the team.Drive productivity and ensure the delivery of clear, accurate performance reporting and progress updates.Continuously enhance operational performance through effective analysis and reporting.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure SLAs and service expectations are met. Key Selection Criteria Strong experience in operational performance management strategies within the superannuation sector.Proven leadership experience managing high-performing operations teams.Demonstrated expertise in reporting and data analysis.Track record of enhancing member experience and driving improvements in service delivery.Experience in vendor management with a focus on achieving high service standards.The ability to proactively engage, collaborate and enable across all levels of the business.
