At ReadyTech, we're on a mission to ensure our people not only survive but thrive in their professional journeys.
You will get to: Provide high-level executive support to the Group CEO and ELT, including managing diaries, travel, and meeting prep.
Organize board meetings, prepare and distribute documents, and create compelling presentations and reports.
Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders for clear communication and professional relations.
Lead the office experience across all locations, ensuring spaces reflect ReadyTech's culture and values.
Manage in-house barista service, office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, and budgets.
Foster an inclusive, engaging environment for hybrid and remote employees, promoting connection and collaboration.
Contribute to a positive culture where ReadyTechers feel valued, and partner with People & Culture on well-being initiatives.
