Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pipefitter/Stainless Steel Fabricator to join the team.
This role involves fabricating, assembling, and installing stainless steel piping systems and components specifically for gold processing equipment.
You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, ensuring high standards in metal fabrication, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble stainless steel components and piping systems according to specifications and technical drawings.Use various welding and cutting tools, with a focus on TIG and MIG welding techniques.Inspect completed parts and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as required.Adhere to safety and quality protocols, maintaining a safe work environment at all times.Requirements:Proven experience as a Pipefitter or Stainless Steel Fabricator, ideally within the mining or heavy manufacturing sectors.Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel.Ability to interpret technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.Strong understanding of safe work practices and commitment to following all safety guidelines.High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay based on experience.Day shifts from Monday to Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.Opportunity to work within a specialist manufacturing company on industry-leading equipment.Work Hours:6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
