Job Title: Pipefitter/Stainless Steel FabricatorLocation: Maddington, WAAbout the Company:Our client, a leading mining manufacturing company based in Maddington, WA, specialises in producing high-quality gold processing equipment for the mining industry. Known for precision and commitment to excellence, this company is dedicated to innovation and superior craftsmanship in stainless steel fabrication.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pipefitter/Stainless Steel Fabricator to join the team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and installing stainless steel piping systems and components specifically for gold processing equipment. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, ensuring high standards in metal fabrication, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble stainless steel components and piping systems according to specifications and technical drawings.Use various welding and cutting tools, with a focus on TIG and MIG welding techniques.Inspect completed parts and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as required.Adhere to safety and quality protocols, maintaining a safe work environment at all times.Requirements:Proven experience as a Pipefitter or Stainless Steel Fabricator, ideally within the mining or heavy manufacturing sectors.Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel.Ability to interpret technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.Strong understanding of safe work practices and commitment to following all safety guidelines.High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to FridayPay Rate: $55.00 – $57.00 per hour (based on experience)
