This is predominantly through your leadership values and actions, exemplary behaviours, positive approach, and growth mindset.This position involves being at the forefront to deliver our business objectives, setting clear expectations, driving success, by supporting Mt Tamborine Mitre 10 to achieve positive growth. Store Safety and maintaining Reajohn Standards is a high priority. Your focus is on building customer service excellence through a hands-on approach and guiding your team, are critical success factors.You will be able to:utilise your leadership skills and experience;thrive on challenges while being solution focused;enhance the workplace culture;demonstrate you are a real team player;inspire and motivate your people to assist with their growth;be a bigger picture visionary whilst paying attention to detail;delegate by empowering and without micromanaging;be a keen learner that is also coachable;freely impart your knowledge to others;identify opportunities whilst taking advantage in relation to growing the business.The above points are top priorities. A good knowledge of Excel and an ability to learn and work with software might be an advantage e.g., Sym-Pac.The RoleThis Branch Manager position is supported by the management team. Attending out-of-hours monthly management meetings at company headquarters forms part of this role. Ensuring safety and other reports are sent to HQ on various frequencies is essential. This position being occupied by the right person is a critical success factor for the staff and the business.
