About the Role: Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at our head office in Archerfield, Brisbane.
This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
In this position, you will be responsible for the delivery of facilities maintenance and compliance adherence to the relevant and applicable standards providing operational support to Facilities Maintenance teams in managing circa 10 sites in SEQ.
The role will manage both internal and external stakeholders as well as service delivery partners with an aim to optimize facilities assets and ensure ongoing compliance.
You will provide technical advice and guidance, mentoring, enable development, support strategic directional shift and provide alignment to proactive maintenance practices.
In addition, provide support in establishing and embedding a robust asset management framework to ensure our facilities remain compliant and cost-effective.

Qualifications in facilities management, property management, real estate, business, supply chain or related discipline is desirable.Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership/management role.Property management, project or portfolio management experience.Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate matters and problem solve.Experience in a previous role requiring strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Apply: Hit the 'Apply Now' button.
