BUSY At Work is part of The BUSY Group, a not-for-profit organisation.
Presenting over 45 years' experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training.
About the Role...
Working with our Transition to Work contract, you will provide intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work-readiness of young people and assist them into sustainable work or education.
You will conduct assessments to identify barriers of the youth and provide direction and support to ensure their journey into appropriate and sustainable employment.
MOTIVATE and EMPOWER our clients through their employment journey.
Engaging and referring participants to stakeholders and community organisations.
You will place participants into employment by firstly supporting them with job search activities including interview coaching and resume preparation along with matching participants to current vacancies and reverse marketing to identified employers.
This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension.
Working hours; Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm based from our Kirwan Office.
