This is an opportunity to make a huge impact on our Melbourne agency offering, create the best work of your careers and be mentored by some of the industry's best creative leaders.Day to day, the role:Works under the day to day creative direction and mentorship of our CCO and ECD.Works closely with our Lead Designers and Producers to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life.A fully integrated role creating concepts across all multi-channel campaigns.Working from a brief with creative partner and other team members, generating ideas to present to the client.The Art Director will be tasked with working on designs to produce effective advertising campaigns.Commissioning specialists with your producer, such as artists, illustrators and photographers, to work on projects.Managing projects and working within a budget.Working closely with production during all points of concept stage to ensure concept delivery feasibility (cost and timings).The ideal team will bring:An entrepreneurial spirit and an open mind.Existing work as a partnership and collaborative style of working.Key requirements:Self-starters and highly creative.Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and print.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills within the agency and in front of clients.Must work well as part of a team, with a range of different people at different levels.Must have an interest in social and cultural trends and fashions.The Art Director to be Fluent InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator CC – must be able to work at pace on your own concepts.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work fast, work to deadlines and manage time effectively.Please share your portfolios to apply todayThese roles are fulltime/part time negotiable.ResponsibilitiesAdditional informationPublicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
