We're seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead this project and potentially extend their impact across future HavenXR experiences.

Role Overview
As the Creative Director for HavenXR, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of our first-of-its-kind immersive experiences.
Collaborating closely with a diverse team of technologists, storytellers, and artists, you'll bring compelling narratives and visually stunning worlds to life in a fully immersive, cinematic VR format.
This role offers the unique chance to push the boundaries of immersive storytelling while setting a new benchmark for quality and innovation in location-based VR entertainment.
Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership: Develop and oversee the artistic vision and direction for our projects, ensuring they align with HavenXR's brand and strategic goals.Storytelling Innovation: Drive the narrative and experiential design of our experiences, exploring new ways to engage and immerse audiences.Collaboration: Partner with the founders, Technical Director, producers, developers, and artists to create cohesive, impactful VR experiences.Concept Development: Lead ideation sessions to conceptualise unique content, creating storyboards, mood boards, and concept art to guide development.Production Oversight: Supervise creative aspects of production, from pre-visualisation to final rendering, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.Emerging Trends: Stay informed on advancements in VR technology and storytelling techniques applying innovative practices into the production process.Talent Mentorship: Inspire and mentor creative teams, fostering innovation and professional growth.Stakeholder Communication: Present concepts and progress to stakeholders, maintaining alignment on vision and goals.Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within VR, film, gaming, or immersive media production.Strong background in storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing narrative-driven projects.Expertise in immersive design principles, including spatial audio, interactivity, and audience engagement in VR.Exceptional visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts.A track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.A discerning eye for aesthetics and a passion for boundary-pushing, innovative work.Preferred Experience Familiarity with location-based entertainment and audience engagement strategies.Experience working with original content or adapting licensed IP for immersive formats.Knowledge of XR technologies and their integration into cinematic storytelling.Why Join Us?
