Civilmart is looking to hire an experienced Production Operator who is career driven to join the team at our Pakenham site in Victoria.
Production Operators are responsible for the manufacturing and quality of a range of precast concrete formwork products.
This is a permanent role for the right person, or you may choose to maintain a casual employment status with us.
If you are keen to learn, have the right attitude, can work in a team, and have good attendance, which means working all rostered shifts, 5 days per week, we can provide you with long-term job security.
You may be someone who is looking to enter a new industry.
Civilmart will provide all training on our processes and products.
About Civilmart We are an Australian owned national manufacturer of civil concrete products supplying to sectors such as residential development, local governments, water authorities, civil infrastructure, irrigation, and the plumbing and drainage market.
We are renowned for being the largest producer of precast concrete and pipe manufacturing in Australia
With our operations now expanding across QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA and the ACT across 24 sites.
Key Responsibilities: Setting up, pouring, facing, and stripping of moulds to manufacture a range of precast concrete productsUse of hand and power tools - grinders, saws, drills, etc.Steel cuttingBasic maintenance of equipmentSafe use of all tools and equipmentOther associated tasks within skills and abilitiesA forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential for the role.About You: Candidates must be self-starters, have a high work ethic with the drive and motivation to work safely and to progress their career.
Reliable and accountable with an emphasis on improving production and quality, plus the building of relationships at all levels in production.
You must be willing to undertake a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical prior to commencement.
