What part will you play? This role will assist to manage existing client relationships ensuring Diversified meets contractual obligations and driving new business opportunities within key sectors.
This position collaborates closely with internal teams, including Estimating, Engineering, Projects, and Service departments, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that comply with company standards.
Additionally, in this role you will support the sales team in tender and quotation processes, ensuring timely, professional submissions and ongoing business development through data analysis, process improvement, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Role and Responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management & Contract Oversight: Take ownership of the day-to-day sales operations for one of our key clients and work with internal teams to ensure all contractual requirements are met.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Produce detailed reports and analysis, highlighting business performance against SLAs and KPIs.Coordinate Quotation and Tender response deliverables for strategic "opportunities", including accountability for delivery in a timely and professional manner.Assist in pre-qualification activities and manage the response process, including defining deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.Manage tender response documentation, ensuring all forms, SLAs, and cost analyses are accurately prepared and submitted.Monitor and manage the Quote Required List, ensuring all tasks and resources are efficiently allocated.Conduct quality audits and report findings to the Director Secure Agencies to support process improvements.Develop and maintain sales templates and collateral, ensuring alignment with company standards.Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes and tools, including CRM systems and resource management tools.Client and Internal Communication: Act as a point of contact for key client inquiries, providing support to the sales team as required.Provide weekly progress updates to clients.Liaise with clients, builders, and consultants as necessary to support opportunity response preparation.You will be continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes and drive innovation within the team.
