Your opportunity We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Manager (Management Accountant) to join our team at Westfield Doncaster.
This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on finance while gaining exposure to all aspects of shopping centre management, making it a dynamic and rewarding position.
Located just 17km from Melbourne's CBD, Westfield Doncaster is a premier retail destination serving 750,000 residents and a market of 2 million.
Home to iconic brands like David Jones, Myer, Apple, and Zara, the centre features 413 business partners, valet parking, and a vibrant rooftop dining precinct with 14 restaurants.

About the Role: From managing budgets and analysing Profit and Loss reports to supporting day-to-day operations, this is a varied and rewarding position.
You'll play a key role in maintaining financial efficiency, providing insights, and ensuring seamless operational support to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of annual asset budgets and ensure financial outcomes are achieved.
Analyse and manage Profit and Loss reports, including processing monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments.
Identify and present financial risks and opportunities to the Asset Team with actionable recommendations.
Conduct bi-monthly budget forecasting to maintain financial accuracy.
Oversee daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and tenant invoices for expense recoveries.
Support operational teams to address customer and retailer needs in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time role includes Duty Management responsibilities , requiring occasional weekend shifts on a roster basis, balanced with a day off in lieu.
What sets you apart Strong acumen in financial management, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and risk analysis.
Ability to identify trends and provide solutions with precision and attention to detail.
Confidence in engaging with both finance and non-finance professionals.
A background in accounting or financial services, ideally within retail property or similar industries.
A proactive approach to challenges and a passion for excellence in customer service.
