As the Assistant Director at Goodstart, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In this role, you will :
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
About Goodstart Nambour - Doolan Street, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.
You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
Located in a residential area, close to the hospital, shops and cafes.
Walking distance to bus stop.
We have five rooms, catering for 75 children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
Many long standing staff.
Open Monday to Friday 6am-6pm.

You'll need :
Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
