About The Role Our Community Team create an environment where a diverse group of individuals and companies can come together in a beautiful office to collaborate and create a community.
Our Community Team are extremely important roles within our growing company.
We are a fast-paced and growing company, meaning that opportunities for career progression are constantly opening up.
We hope to see our Community Team go on to become a part of our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests from the front desk, creating a welcoming environment.Conduct sales tours for all potential members.Conduct building inductions for all new members.Complete contract administration, company onboarding and accurate updating of CRM and sales pipeline.Maintain consistently high building occupancy and member retention.Ensure that the building is fully operational by reporting and resolving maintenance concerns as quickly as possible.Manage building expense budget.Constantly review service offerings and implement improvements.Conduct regular building checks to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.Manage par levels of all stock and inventory, ordering consumables as required.Develop a thorough understanding of all members, roles and businesses within your building and work to understand how The Commons can support each company's growth.Develop and drive community initiatives and events designed to develop connections between members.Ensure high standard of building presentation to provide best member experience.Skills and Experience 2 years customer service or hospitality experience essential.Proven ability to adapt well to change.Highly developed relationship and stakeholder management skills.If this sounds like a place you could thrive, please submit an application
