About the Role
To deliver a high standard of post-sales support, both technical and administrative, for all products distributed in Australia and New Zealand.
To adhere to Epson policies and procedures; to liaise with management to maintain customer expectations and Epson objectives and targets.
Key areas of the role are:
General Matters & Administrative Systems Service Agent Administration Troubleshooting and problem solving Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years in a clerical role Good working knowledge of SAP is advantageous Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong organisation and prioritising skills Problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box An ability to multi-task Positive team player Flexible What we offer you
