Due to internal movements, we are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic Bayswater team.
This role holds a crucial position in our Senior leadership team, contributing to various areas and helping foster the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Own the daily manufacturing operations including supporting and mentoring an energetic production management team.Improve operational management systems and processes, applying best practice methods to ensure success.Formulate strategic and operational objectives, making recommendations to strategy plans and reviews.Initiate change management initiatives, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards to help resolve complexities.Work cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure all operations are aligned with our objectives.Foster a culture of innovation and productivity in the workplace.Establish strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Communicate issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.Maintain and enforce health and safety guidelines.Ensure the company's products and services meet customer expectations by monitoring production KPIs and metrics.The Right Person: Proven work experience as an Operations, Manufacturing, or Production Manager within a similar environment.Strong leadership experience within change management and motivating teams.The ability to solve complex problems.Extreme passion to win and hunger for growth.Relentless bias to action and outcomes.Energetic persona, with a strong desire to propel your career.Experience in budgeting/forecasting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What You'll Get in Return: Attractive remuneration package, with access to industry-leading employee wellness and benefits programs.Be part of a global, successful business that values its people.Join the Bayswater Senior leadership team, allowing for real empowerment of change.Work with company-patented modern equipment and technology.Access to unique training experiences.Enviable career advancement opportunities.This is a super exciting journey that we cannot wait to support you with.
