The Role:The Operations Manager will oversee multiple client accounts, lead diverse security teams across various locations, and ensure our operations run seamlessly.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships, operational procedures, and workforce development.
You will be instrumental in:
Managing and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and security personnel.Developing and implementing efficient operational strategies and procedures.Leading, mentoring, and training large teams to consistently deliver exceptional security services.Driving innovation to enhance client satisfaction and employee performance.Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing their unique security needs.Train and upskill security personnel, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Develop and implement effective operational procedures and standards.Oversee site budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Lead recruitment and onboarding for operational staff, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.Support new business development and identify opportunities for growth.Champion safety, compliance, and industry best practices across all operations.What We Offer: Competitive Salary + SuperannuationVehicle Allowance + Fuel Card + ParkingCompany Phone + LaptopOpportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.What You Bring: Strong knowledge of Operations.Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.Exceptional training and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing high-performing individuals.Technical acumen and proficiency in creating and refining operational procedures.Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication skills, capable of building trust and collaboration with clients and teams.Requirements: Minimum 7 years in account or operational management.Experience managing budgets and optimising resource allocation.Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentDiploma in Business (Operations) or equivalentCertificate IV in Work Health and SafetyWA Security License - DesirableWhy Join Us?
