About the companyAs one of the largest employers in the NT, our client who supply the water, electricity generation and retail services across the region are currently seeking a professional and organised senior administrator to provide office support to the wider team.
OverviewAre you a dynamic professional with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly?
We are seeking a Senior Project Admin / Coordinator to provide essential advice, administrative support, and coordination services to the corporate business unit and senior managers.
Ensure high levels of communication and functionality within the business, and manage all clerical and administrative duties with precision and professionalism.
Skills / Experience: Minimum 5-yrs in administrative and reception duties, proficient computer skills, use of databases, and record management systems.Maintain confidentiality, using sound judgment, tact, and discretion with colleagues and clients.Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise, be flexible, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.Experience in HR and/or in undertaking operational recruitment processes.Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail, enabling effective interaction with staff at all levels.Understanding of financial and procurement procedures.Tech-Savvy, proficient use of MS Office including strong Excel.Own vehicle and current police clearance.Benefits & CultureIn return, our client offers:
