We live by our business values: Trust - Quality - Continuous Improvement.Full-time positions available for:The opportunityA fantastic opportunity is currently available for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team In your role, you will be responsible for preparing and lodgment of tenders and estimates alongside our consultant, working with subcontractors and suppliers, and providing support to the admin and site team to enable execution of projects including critical timeline tasks.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThis position will report to the General Manager and is required to undertake the general administration of the business to ensure the operational, management, and other key functions can operate effectively and efficiently. You will be directly responsible for:Preparing and lodgment of tenders including supporting documentationInterpreting technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work documentsFollowing drawings and designs provided by customers/clientsWorking with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate competitive pricing and informationDetermining labour, materials, and time requirements for proposed workProviding support to the admin and site team to enable execution of projects including critical timeline tasksAs Project Manager/Estimator, your primary objective is to utilize cost management, flexible planning, and a deep understanding of applicable building codes to develop comprehensive and accurate project documentation. The focus is on ensuring efficient project delivery, covering upgrades, repairs, new builds, and remedial works.
