Satintouch is a family-owned business and the premier provider of blast-paint services to Government and Heavy Industry along the eastern seaboard, central and western Queensland.
Our expertise is sought-after and we've been involved in major construction and infrastructure projects including but not limited to Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Manholes, Reservoirs, Tanks, and Bridges.
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with very strong leadership skills to supervise a team in the greater Brisbane area.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to ensure personnel successfully meet client deadlines and quality objectives and will be a key liaison between the client and Satintouch.
They should have a strong general knowledge of surface preparation and the industrial coating process; possess a strong mechanical acumen and a minimum of 5 years experience leading small to medium crews (i.e., 2 – 5 employees).
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes: 5+ years' Supervision experience in a similar or related fieldUnderstanding of surface preparation and epoxy coatingsStrong troubleshooting skills for both equipment and workflowDrivers License (MR preferred but not essential)Construction White CardStrong commitment to OHSCandidates with the following will be viewed favorably: Strong background in the construction industryKnowledge of concrete remediation and ultra-high build epoxy coatingsExperience and knowledge of Graco pumps, including XM70 Plural Spray, XP70 Plural Spray, and XP2 Reactor pump for PolyureaMR LicenseWork at HeightsWork in Confined SpacePlease Note:
