About the role:
Reporting to our Head of People Experience you'll be play an important role in helping deliver projects that help us build engagement, shape our culture, share stories, and learn, grow, and perform at our best.
In this new role, you'll get to work across programs and frameworks that help take CPA Australia to the next level and our people have amazing experiences at work.
You'll be the connector across our team, providing guidance and advice on our programs, helping coordinate amazing workshops and events.
Your key responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert for People Experience (culture, belonging, learning, leadership, and communications) and platforms (such as LinkedIn Learning, Culture Amp and Microsoft Viva).
Partner with People Experience team to coordinate team activities, workshops, and focus groups.
Review learning content and manage learning records across all our platforms.
Support with the delivery of workshops, drop-in and information sessions of People & Culture programs and initiatives.
Manage the planning and coordination of our people events and communication calendars.
Partner with People Experience team to design and deliver people experiences and events to help shape our culture, build connection, and amplify our values, such as celebrating days of significance, Town Halls and Connection Days.
What you'll bring to the team:
You are degree qualified and have experience in a L&OD or HR advisory role.
You have an understanding and love coordinating employee lifecycle initiatives such as workshops, town halls and offsites.
You pride yourself on using digital tools to design and create engaging communications and presentations.
You have the ability to multitask and enjoy working on a diverse range of HR projects or programs.
You thrive in a team-based environment, where you work with a variety of stakeholders, have a can-do approach and are passionate about contributing to the building of engagement and belonging initiatives.
