ABOUT THE ROLE As a People Experience Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People function.
In this 12 month fixed term contract you'll contribute to maintaining a professional, credible People Service aligned with HR best practices, company values, and current legislative frameworks.
Additionally, you will work closely with executives and management teams to strengthen the companies reputation as an employer of choice, and help create an environment where employees can develop and thrive.
DUTIES Partner with executives and management teams to support organisational changes and initiatives.
Support with the entire employee life cycle for the business unit HR generalist duties including involvement in ER, L&D, Performance etc Drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, support in revamping reward and recognition programs, and handle ad hoc projects Foster strong partnerships across the business SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, or related field Proven experience in HR with a strong understanding of employment law.
Experience working within a tech industry highly desirable Experience in stakeholder engagement and providing confident, fit-for-purpose solutions Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and adapt solutions based on the situation If you are available to start your next contract position and eager to gain experience within a fast paced and agile tech business - this could be the perfect role for you
