SportsFit Health & Rehab is looking for a dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a sports-focused environment, with the flexibility to choose between employment or contractor arrangements and the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.
About Us Located in Five Dock, SportsFit Health & Rehab is a leading multidisciplinary clinic specializing in sports rehabilitation and performance.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care tailored to active individuals, including athletes, weekend warriors, and those recovering from injury.
Our clinic is equipped with a state-of-the-art private gym and boasts a team of experienced professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.
We have exciting plans for 2025, including the expansion of our current clinic to feature a larger gym and additional treatment rooms, as well as the opening of a brand-new clinic.
What We Offer Flexible Work Arrangement: Choose between being an employee with a competitive salary or a contractor arrangement where you take a percentage of your earnings.Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists in a collaborative environment.Client Base: Engage with a diverse clientele, including NDIS clients, Workcover cases, and private patients, with a strong focus on sports rehabilitation.Professional Development: Opportunities to develop your niche and lead in-services or presentations for local gyms and personal trainers.Modern Facilities: Access to a well-equipped gym and the latest technology to support your clients' rehab and performance goals.Growth Opportunities: The potential to transition into a full-time role and grow alongside our expanding clinic network.Role Responsibilities Develop and deliver tailored exercise programs to improve functional outcomes and performance for clients of all levels.Manage a caseload that includes chronic conditions, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.Provide high-quality care to NDIS clients, Workcover patients, and private clients.Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with clinic policies.What We're Looking For Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Exercise Physiology.Accreditation: ESSA accreditation is essential.Experience: 1+ year preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to applySkills: Strong communication skills, a passion for sports and active rehabilitation, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.Desirable: Experience or interest in working with athletes and active individuals.Why Join SportsFit?
