Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) Full time Join our Performance Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist where you will have the opportunity to assess the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints, drive optimisation and test initiatives to enhance customer experience.

What role will you play Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this role is integral to our broader marketing efforts, contributing significantly to the business's success.
You will have the opportunity to create, execute, and maintain digital campaigns across our advertising platforms, focusing on campaign build, budget management, and asset optimisation.
You will measure campaign performance meticulously, identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimisation recommendations.
In addition, you will report on digital campaign performance, evaluate it against set goals, and provide regular updates on campaign insights and the media industry to the wider marketing team.
What you offer 2+ years' of hands-on experience in running digital media campaigns across Paid social, search engine marketing, programmatic media buying.Hands-on digital platform experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing), Google Analytics, Social channels (Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Ads).Ability to assess competitive levels for keywords and audience and resulting impact on CPC/CPM.Confidence in managing large media budgets and executing campaigns within allocated parameters.Proven experience in A/B testing: developing test and learn frameworks and driving conversion rates.Agency experience is a preference but not essential.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
