About the role Are you ready to make a difference in the manufacturing of life-saving products?
Join us as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimising our processes while experiencing our Lifeblood processing centres in action
In this dynamic position, you will leverage your experience and strong data analysis skills to enhance our manufacturing processes.
You'll collaborate with key stakeholders in Manufacturing, Logistics, and ICT to ensure accurate data collection and actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
Supporting our four national processing sites, you will: Determine efficiencies for smooth production line operations.
Develop workflows and perform equipment utilisation analysis.
Research, design, modify, and test manufacturing methods to boost productivity.
This role requires a blend of engineering expertise and analytical acumen, enabling you to transform raw data into structured information.
Your insights will directly influence strategic business decisions, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Sound interesting?
Here's what we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and utilising data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and process simulation tools, alongside a strong grasp of data visualisation techniques.
Exceptional analytical skills to dissect complex problems and devise effective solutions through rigorous data analysis and statistical methods.
Strong proficiencies in process design, optimisation, and compliance to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in engineering solutions.
Working knowledge of LEAN methodology is a plus.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment which can be based from either one of our Processing Centre in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
