Enrolled Nurse

As a Community Enrolled Nurse with our Brightwater at Home team, you will assist our clients in their own homes promoting choice, control and quality of life.
You will partner with your clients and their supports to assist them in achieving their goals and grow their independence in living their best life.
We have part-time positions available working throughout the Perth Northern or Southern areas - typically working between 8am and 4pm, however it may vary from up to an hour either side.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a part-time or casual basis throughout the north or south of the river.
The Role: This role involves working in the community and visiting clients in their own homes under aged care packages and the TCC program.
You will need exceptional problem solving, time management, and decision-making abilities to promote choice, control, and quality of life for our clients.
To be successful, you will possess the following attributes: Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Deliver a strong clinical care service Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) Evidence of up to date flu vaccination Hold a WA drivers licence and own a reliable car Worked in the community for a minimum of 2 years At least 3 years of Enrolled nurse working experience Brightwater can offer you: The ability to salary package – up to $18,550 annually, meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home pay Our unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus which gives you discounts with over 370 retailers Career development and professional development opportunities, as well as 5 days of professional development leave each year Scholarship opportunities to staff members who demonstrate an interest in research or further learning to benefit our clients Clinical training programs to support staff to enhance their professional skills and knowledge About Brightwater With a track record that dates back to 1901, care is at our core.
