We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director to join our dedicated team at Little World Early Learning Centres in Worongary, QLD.
This is a part-time opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the smooth and enriching operation of our early learning centre.
What you'll be doing Assist the Centre Director in providing strategic leadership and operational management of the centreOversee the implementation of high-quality educational programs that support the wellbeing and development of childrenMentor and support the education team, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environmentEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standardsEngage with families, building strong partnerships to support children's learning and growthContribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of the centreWhat we're looking for Diploma in Early Childhood EducationMinimum 3 years' experience in a senior role within the early childhood education sectorExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for creating enriching learning environments and supporting children's developmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesThorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirementsWhat we offer At Little World Early Learning Centres, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
