Pryce Mining Services is a specialised underground mining labour hire provider with clients throughout Australia.
Due to our expanding client base, we are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to co-ordinate the onboarding of our employees in a professional manner.
In your role, you will report directly to the Directors of the business, whereby you will be an integral part of the management team.
For the right candidate, this role can mostly be performed from home.
About the Role Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, from the initial advertising through to the mobilisation of candidates.
This includes:Understanding client vacancy requirementsCandidate selectionReference checksInterviewsPre-employment medicalsSite access documentsEmployment documentsRegular updates to management of the progress of candidatesPre-requisites for the Role Self-motivatedPrevious experience in recruitment of underground personnel in AustraliaAbility to grow our client baseFull-time positionAbility to work from home on a 5/2, 4/3 roster or similarYearly bonus in relation to candidates placedWorking in a small teamIf you're interested in being part of a company that values its employees, whereby you can work flexible hours and a roster to suit your work-life needs, then please send your resume, complete with referees to:
