Join this property developers' retail division as an energetic and driven Analyst. As an analyst, you will be responsible for supporting both the financial analysis and marketing strategy of the investments. Evaluate potential properties, conduct market research, develop financial models, and assist in the creation of marketing campaigns to promote properties.
Responsibilities
Strategic asset positioning of investments including marketing strategyAnalysing and maintaining transaction databaseAnalysing sales and leasing transactionsUnderstanding and researching submarkets within the investment marketsPreparation and assessment of financialsPreparation of submissions, presentations, marketing materials, information memorandums, press advertisements, database emails, marketing updates and website listingsMarket research into key areasAnalytics and general assistance to Partners and sales agents Skills & Experience
General understanding of, and passion for, propertyBusiness or Property related university degreeValuation experience preferred, but not essentialOutstanding attention to detail and a high level of numeracy and written skillsCompetent with Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent communication and organisation skillsSelf-motivated and eager to develop your careerHow to apply: Click APPLY or email your resume to ******.
