Underpinned by quality, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres, and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.
Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam and Maker's Mark Bourbon, Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club Whisky, Roku gin, -196, V Energy, Just Juice, Fresh Up, McCoy, Pepsi, 7 Up, Mountain Dew, H2Go, NZ Natural, Gatorade, and Suntory BOSS Coffee.
As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.
The Opportunity We're bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand-new New Zealand-licensed function which will go live in 2026
Our Licensed Head of Retail offers something unique and career-defining.
Joining in our build phase, you will develop your team from the ground up and play a key role in establishing work processes that best serve your team to achieve sales targets and grow & promote our product range, whilst exploring new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities: Business Planning: Design and deliver both long-term and short-term channel and joint business plans for Licensed Retail customers.Financial Management: Manage total expenditure, trade spend, and structure costs within the agreed budgeted guidelines.Relationship Management: Foster relationships with key customers which optimize business outcomes for both our trading partners and Suntory Oceania.Team Leadership: Build, nurture, and inspire a best-in-class team to deliver the strategy.Market Knowledge: Leverage local market knowledge and experience with the customer base to execute business plans for win/win outcomes.What's in your toolkit?
