Quality Assurance Consultant (Medicolegal) Full-timeLex Medicus is an established and reputable medico-legal provider, operating for 13+ years.
We are privileged to collaborate with over 220 experienced and credentialed medical experts, spanning over 50 specialties.
Together, we are committed to delivering impartial, fit-for-purpose, and high-quality medico-legal reports and impairment services throughout Australia.
The Quality Assurance Consultant is involved in the provision of high-quality, factually accurate, and timely medico-legal reports.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review medico-legal reports in line with quality framework and relevant regulations and legislation.Build sustainable relationships, connections, and trust with customers and experts through open and interactive communication.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure prioritization of workflow.Provide feedback and training for medical experts on medico-legal report writing.Resolve emerging problems and handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer record interactions and escalation.Qualifications: Experience or qualifications in allied health, legal, or insurance industries, ideally with experience in interpreting medico-legal reports – highly regarded.Experience in utilizing the AMA Guides and WorkCover Guides for assessing permanent impairment and disability assessments is desirable.High level of written and verbal communication skills.Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.You are welcome here.
