The large, friendly team maintains a family atmosphere and takes pride in their workmanship.
The business has been known for quality and efficiency in Townsville and opened their huge new workshop in Garbutt five years ago.
The site is clean and well organised, and conveniently located just off Woolcock St.
The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at AMA Collision Mackley St, Garbutt.
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
We are seeking a Customer Service professional who will assist and support our wider team and managers with administration support and provide our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
Role Responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
