The large, friendly team maintains a family atmosphere and takes pride in their workmanship. The business has been known for quality and efficiency in Townsville and opened their huge new workshop in Garbutt five years ago. The site is clean and well organised, and conveniently located just off Woolcock St.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at AMA Collision Mackley St, Garbutt.This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.We are seeking a Customer Service professional who will assist and support our wider team and managers with administration support and provide our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.Role ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the environment is always customer friendlyGreeting customers on arrivalKeeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehiclesContacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experienceTelephone and email correspondenceSupporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairsDoes this sound like you?Proven experience within a Customer Service positionHighly professional and personable with strong relationship-building skillsStrong systems experience and competent computer abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlinesAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the teamBenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team because it's our people that set us apart and drive our business' success.
