A collaborative service model with no billable hours
Keeping the focus on helping your clients to achieve their therapy goals.Over 100 hrs of rostered annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours per year which includes monthly in-house training, daily team collaboration time, national and state clinical meetings, paid professional development leave, and your own professional development allowance.Up to 12 weeks of annual leave per year with our additional purchased leave program.Reduced prices and benefits from groceries to movie tickets.Generous paid parental leave. Your role as an OT Grad Help children achieve their development milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to help play, school, or independent skills (e.g., throwing a ball, getting dressed, holding a pencil or utensil).Educate and involve parents, carers, and others to facilitate the development and learning of children.Help children with developmental delays learn everyday tasks (such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing their teeth, and feeding themselves).Help children with behavioural issues maintain positive behaviours in all environments (e.g., instead of hitting others and acting out, using positive ways to deal with anger such as writing about feelings or participating in physical activity). You will also have:
A degree in Occupational Therapy.Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating.Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third-party insurance.A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain.A current Police Check, or be willing to obtain.NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain.First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain.Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
