We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience.Of course, in joining us you will also benefit from:Staff Meals provided every dayStaff Benefits program – incl. 25% discount in partner venues and Birthday rewardsProfessional development and progressionWhat we're looking forWe are looking for a full-time experienced café manager to join our amazing café.Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a busy and demanding venue.Responsibilities include:Lead the management team to implement the best customer experience - every day;Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis;Lead and manage staff through service periods;Drive a spirit of enthusiasm and success, without losing sight of fun along the way;Apply sound business acumen to optimise the running of the venue;Staff rostering.What we need:A manager with demonstrated experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
