We are looking for a full-time experienced café manager to join our amazing café.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a busy and demanding venue.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the management team to implement the best customer experience - every day; Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis; Lead and manage staff through service periods; Drive a spirit of enthusiasm and success, without losing sight of fun along the way; Apply sound business acumen to optimise the running of the venue; Staff rostering.
What we need:
A manager with demonstrated experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organisation skills, underpinned by a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
We are looking for a friendly and innovative team player with a combination of the following:
A naturally friendly and engaging personality; Impeccable presentation and an ability to connect with people; A genuine desire to nurture and develop the people within your team; Positive attitude, initiative, with strong communication skills and work ethic; Available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends; Consistently deliver a high level of customer service; RSA.
