Senior Growth and Partnership Professional Roy Morgan has been at the forefront of data and research innovation since 1941.

When you join Roy Morgan, you will be partnering and working closely with leading organisations in the public and private sphere to successfully deliver evidence-based research, insights and trends.
This senior professional will focus on growing and expanding the business, creating new revenue opportunities, and building partnerships with clients in new and existing industries.
You will lead client engagements that deliver exceptional service and provide data-driven insights and solutions, shaping business decisions for our client base.
You will also prepare and take the lead on proposals and tenders.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
Growing the business and creating new and expansive revenue opportunities.
Undertaking business development and managing an opportunity pipeline, including developing business plans to retain current clients and attract new ones in new and existing industries.
Leading account and customer relationships and developing strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
As an engaging storyteller, lead market research insights, optimise the value of Roy Morgan's proprietary products, and identify innovative solutions to address the business needs of our clients.
Leading a team, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to others.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 10 years' experience working in a similar role, coupled with a tertiary qualification in business, management, social sciences, statistics, marketing, and/or psychology (preferably a post-graduate qualification).
A proven track record in growing the business and partnerships with potential, new, and existing client bases.
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
You're able to interrogate and understand insights, trends, and drivers.
You are a storyteller - you can read and understand data and use it to provide meaningful insights to clients and external stakeholders.
Commercially minded, an innovative thinker, and hands-on.
Client-centric, with a positive and collaborative attitude, and a passion for leading and working as part of a team.
