We are looking for a Web Solutions Specialist/Business Analyst to spearhead the development and management of innovative technology solutions, focusing on website management and metadata distribution.

Job Title: Web Solutions Specialist - Business Analyst
Location: Sydney CBD, Australia
Position Type: Full-time (Hybrid 3 days in the office - 2 days WFH)
About the Role:
This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in web houses or digital agencies, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management: Oversee and manage multiple business-critical websites, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and alignment with business objectives.
Metadata Oversight: Lead daily management of metadata distribution across various catalogues (physical, electronic, and audio).
Project Coordination: Deliver technology projects by gathering requirements, defining scope, and ensuring timely delivery.
Client Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, gathering feedback to refine solutions and improve services.
Business Analysis: Analyse processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and driving innovative solutions.
Operational Support: Establish and maintain operational support models for implemented solutions.
Problem-Solving: Provide creative, customer-focused solutions to complex challenges.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in roles such as Web Producer, Digital Producer, Business Analyst, or Solutions Manager, ideally within a web house or digital agency environment.
Strong understanding of web technologies, metadata management, and digital project workflows.
Business analysis expertise, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution design.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Adaptability to work across multiple time zones and a flexible approach to working hours.
Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
