Support Worker - Entry Level or Experienced - TamworthDeliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:Support Worker Positions available for both New Entrant & Experienced applicantsPermanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rates from $29.06- $31.74p/h + 11.5% superTravel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clientsBased with our New England Branch we have roles available in the Tamworth/South Tamworth to Hillvue area.Key Requirements:Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicleFully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to FridayMinimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support ideal but not essentialYour New Role:Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparationSafety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awarenessClient Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & supportClient Support: Assisted dressing or supervising daily hygieneSocial & Wellbeing: accompany clients to appointments & outingsTransport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outingsWe welcome applicants that have experience and/or a qualification as a:Disability Support WorkerAssistant in Nursing (AIN)Community Services workerBachelor of Nursing StudentsStable roster & opportunity to work extra hours based on business needsFully supported and paid induction programAdditional paid leave daysEmployee Discounts on Australian Unity ProductsMaxxia Rewards DiscountsChoose a career in Aged Care that is rewarding, in demand and where you can make a genuine difference in people's lives.
