We are committed to growing our presence in the Australian ecommerce and retail ecosystems and are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships with a proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing our partner program and partner marketing initiatives driving growth and revenue by developing and executing a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who is a self-starter and self-directed, with strong negotiation and communication skills and a proven ability to open opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key partners.
Responsibilities: Build and manage our partner program and partner marketing initiativesDevelop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with our business objectives and customer needsBuild and maintain relationships with key strategic partners, including technology companies, service providers, and industry associationsIdentify new partnership opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions to maximize mutual benefitsWork closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive successful partnership outcomesAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop partnership strategies that enhance our value propositionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiativesCommunicate partnership strategies, goals, and progress to senior management and stakeholdersRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and promote our servicesRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related experience5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related fieldProven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growthStrong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to open opportunities, build and drive positive commercrcial outcomes with partnersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong business acumen and ability to understand market trends and competitive landscapeMust have existing ecommerce network with proven ability to build partnershipsExperience in Ecom and Adtech is preferredWillingness to travel as requiredIf you are a collaborative team player, trusted partner, and strategic thinker with a passion for building partnerships and driving growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as Head of Strategic Partnerships.
