The Opportunity:
Brand Collective is looking for a passionate and innovative Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
This 10-month fixed-term contract is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional brand experiences through cutting-edge automation strategies and maximising the technologies available.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will:

Design and implement automated workflows and campaigns aligned with the customer lifecycle across our stable of brands.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth and retention through personalised, data-driven marketing strategies.Onboard new brands into the Brand Collective Martech ecosystem, ensuring seamless platform integration and standardised customer journey flows.Monitor the performance of automated campaigns, analyse key metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue-per-recipient), and provide actionable insights to optimise ongoing campaigns.Analyse customer data to uncover trends, improve segmentation, and identify opportunities.Collaborate with brand teams to enhance customer engagement strategies and shape communication plans over key trading periods (i.e.
Back to School, Black Friday, etc.
)Standardise best practice initiatives and results between brands, developing a playbook for key journey automations.Embrace new technologies, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in key CRM and customer engagement platforms, driving adoption by teams and maximising their potential.Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain CRM workflow efficiency.Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovation to our CRM processes. Skills & Experience: 3–5 years' experience in CRM automation using platforms like Klaviyo, Emarsys, etc., within a large customer-centric business, preferably retail.Proven expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, segmentation, and multi-channel marketing.Familiarity with API integrations, CRM customisation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and marketing automation.Excellent stakeholder management abilities to influence diverse groups, including IT, marketing, and external partners.Excellent time management, planning, and prioritisation skills.A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude.Just some of the perks we offer you:
