Atom Resources have partnered with a leading commercial and industrial builder based in Brisbane. With a solid reputation in the market, this company delivers projects up to $25m, specializing in high-quality commercial and industrial builds. They pride themselves on a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Due to recent project wins, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.Your New RoleAs the Site Manager, you will take charge of on-site operations for projects typically in the $15-20m+ range. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be critical to maintaining site safety, coordinating trades, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site activities to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site staff, ensuring efficient workflow and problem resolution.Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to the Project Manager on key milestones and any issues.Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and company standards.Implement and oversee site safety practices, conducting regular inspections and addressing any safety concerns.Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and communication.What You'll Need to SucceedRelevant Trade or Tertiary EducationQBCC Supervisors License - MediumProven experience managing commercial and industrial projects in the $15-20m+ range.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams on site.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.What You Will Get in ReturnCompetitive salary package reflecting your skills and experience.Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a respected industry player.Supportive team environment with a strong focus on career development and progression.Work-life balance with a company that values its people and their contributions.What to do nextIf this sounds like you, apply now, or send an email to ****** to arrange a confidential conversation.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Commercial Site Manager?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?What are your salary expectations?
